New to dwarves 1.5k balanced list?

Hi all, so just picked some dwarves up off a friend (a thane, runepriest, 16 warriors w/t G weaps and shield, 15 w/t hand weapon and shield, 20 crossbows) and am wondering what to do with them. Luckily he also gave me a copy of the army book and i've come up with this:

    Thane
    Great weapon
    Master rune of Gromil
    Rune of Resistance

    Runepriest
    Rune of spellbreaking

    23 warriors
    G weapons and shields
    Full command

    19 Longbeards
    H weapons and shields
    Full command

    10 Quarellers

    12 rangers (warriors)
G weapons, shields and throwing axes

    15 Iron breakers
    Full command

    2 bolt throwers
    Engineers

    1 grudge thrower
    Engineer
    Rune of accuracy

As i said already have most of the longbeards and warriors (need one more box to finish both units) got the Quarellers along with the thane and priest so those i won't change, everything else though i'm willing to change.

Key is i don't want the army to appear as a gunline, i want a nice balance, not sure if i'm acheiving it.

    What do you guys think?

EDIT: oo should mention i want to avoid black powder if at all possible

Nice character but i would get rid of the MR of Gromril and give him a Rune of stone and a shield

    Runepriest
    Rune of spellbreaking

give him a rune of stone

    23 warriors
    G weapons and shields
    Full command

Make this unit 20 without a champion

    19 Longbeards
    H weapons and shields
    Full command

Nice central unit but i would give the banner a rune of Stoucism

    10 Quarellers

    Nice and small

    12 rangers (warriors)
G weapons, shields and throwing axes

I would get rid of these completely and add a second unit of 20 warriors

    15 Iron breakers
    Full command

Ok unit but the size is a bit small

    2 bolt throwers
    Engineers

    Nice and tidy me like

    1 grudge thrower
    Engineer
    Rune of accuracy

Never used one so i cant say if it good or not
