I assume from the list above that you are playing against a magic heavy army (Lizardmen, Elves...), is that right?
If so that side of list looks OK as you have 7 DD inc. the one from MR Balance. 3 x RO Spellbreaking may be a bit much though, but depends on your opponent and how many PD he has (played a Chaos army once with 17)
Couple of other things
You can only have 1 RO Stone per character
Don't worry about GW with your Runesmiths their job isnt to fight, Gromil Armour + HW + Shield + RO Stone gives them 2+ AS or 1+ in HtH combat and you want them to survive so use that.
Weapon combo on Lord is a good one - i use it alot - you could try giving him the MR Swiftness w. either a RO Fury & RO Cleaving or 2 of one of those. As you'll nearly always strike last this gives yr opponent a nasty surprise and could gain you valuable CR pts early in any melee.
Give your missle units Musicians helps them rally and can help in CR
Try only giving standards to units that will use a magic one otherwise its free VP to your opponent.
Bigger units of infantry work better say 25
Otherwise for your first list mate that looks really good - great effort.
I will think about the help and mod my list!!!!
No probs would be interested to know how your first game goes with the mighty Stumpies
I will let you know
Kiwi, I'm pretty sure you can have more than one rune of Stone, they just don't stack. It comes in handy, when adding runes to armours, and you want to avoid duplications. I think....
timk1111 you are right. I didn't see that it doesn't stack so I will take it of.
