Basically, Thane 1 goes with unit of Ironbreakers and Thane 2 goes with the Longbeards. The Runesmith joins the 24 Warriors. All comments and critiscms welcome.

Very nice list. 4 blocks is a great battle line. the 3 warmachines should provide more than enough missile support and 3 heroes is always good. Are you playing this 2000, below the level you can choose lords? Or above. Bwecause you have 2000 pts with and without lords
If with lords, you could always take a 4th hero for support, like a dragonslayer
Btw. the 24 warriorblock is 241 pts. You forgot the shield.
TheMasterruneofGrungni for 2 runes of battle. This way you will have 3 ranks, 1 banner, 2 bannerrunes and possibly outnumber. 7 Pts before combat even starts.
The rune of courage I wouldn't put on the Ironbreaker banner, unless you are fighting against armies with A LOT of fear or terrorcausing units/monsters and even then that shouldn't make too much of an impact on your leadership 9 troops. Rather take:
2 runes of sanctuary ( magic resistance 2! ) People can't shoot Ironbreakers with mssilefire, they often try methods that don't involve their awesome armoursave.
Or otherwise take a rune of sanctuary and an ancestorrune, so you have magic resistance and possibly might save your unit in a(n) (unfair) combat.
Would you choose the rune of sanctuary and ancestorrune, you would have an extra 5 pts left.
You could perhaps swap one of the warmachines for sometthing else. Like the grudgethrower for 2 units of 5 miners ( 1 with musician, or 2 if you take the ancestorrune ) or the cannon for 9 miners, for example, but you don't have to of course. Your choice wether you want another warmachine, or a small regiment to flank the enemy from the tableedge. Both options are handy.
See what you mean about the IronBreakers, have given them 2 Runes of Sancturay. Your not allowed to have 2 Runes of Battle, well that's what it says in the army book :/
See what you mean about those two runes. But Rune of Determination is a one use only Rune. When the army gets going i'll let you know how it figures.
Is one Rune of Spellbreaking enough? I know that the 2 Orcs and Goblins armies i'll be against shooty army and the other a more elite army.
No problems. Goblin shooting will not make a large dent, and specially for these kind of armies.. the master rune of grungni! 5+ Wardsave against missilefire of any kind!
You already have it on your longbeards, so keep those in the middle. The Ironbreakers won't be in much need for the wardsave due to their own awesome save, but it can't hurt to get your 2 warriorunits under the banner, with the longbeards in between.
And what do we do when we are shot at? We blast em right back with our own artillery! The grudge thrower will need to move some turns forward to hit stuff ( if your table is 48" across, then there will be 24" between both deployment-zones ) so let your organgun move once and he can start blasting. But if your enemy still have a number of cheap goblin and orcblocks and those move forward, you don't even have to move your organgun.
Be wary of nightgoblin blocks. Those are only there for releasing fanatics, so try to blast those away as quikly as possible. At the very least, make night goblin blocks run away by panic ( by 25% casualties ) , because when they run, all fanatics concealed are lost.
An orcs & goblins elte army is not worrysome either. Black orcs are just as strong as your longbeards and all of your warriors can smash orc & goblin blocks. Your thane can cut away 3 or 4 guys in 1 turn and win combat res for you. Start out beardy and don't move, start blasting them while they move across the field Yor organgun can blast half a regiment, your grudgethrower will do nothing but pain when you hit right even once and your cannon will just blow entire ranks to bits! But.. I just saw you don't have the rune of forging... 0.0 It's THE rune for cannons, because you may reroll all misfires frm your cannon. Both at shooting and bounce.
Thanks for the advice. That was my main idea : Keep the Longbeards in the middle with the warriors each side with the Ironbreakers.
Haven't got enough points for Rune of Forging and it does sound very useful :/
