Ok, my local games workshop is running a tornament, and i'm gonna be leading the dwarves! he he he... DIE ORCSES!
ok; here goes (please give honest stuff, the amount of men can't change except downwards, but equipment can, except on crossbows and warriors):
14 x crossbowmen
W/ Standered bearer and veteran
15 x warriors
w/ hand weapon and shield
Okay a couple of things:
- To beginn with the Thane, the points on the runes on your Thane are too high. You can only equip the Thane with a max. point value of 50 pts.
Second you dont need to give him the master rune of gromril...with gromril armour, HW and shield he'll do just fine.
- You dont have enough combat units. With an army this small the bolt thrower would be enough. I would change the xbowmen for warriors.
Hope this helped ya a bit
I wouldn't use a hero in a waband but a unit champion as my general, dwarfs all have Ld 9 anyway.
Make a unit of 12 warriors with command
a unit of 5-8 warriors to flank,
Split your crossbowmen in 2 units, more flexible when it will come to cobat and fire support.
