Thought I'd try a new Dwarf army out, and thought that there Anvil of Doom looked awesome, so here it is. This will be played against Empire and Dark Elf armies primarily, but it might get to face Tzeench chaos too.

Hi, a couple general thoughts for you.
You are spending a lot of points on CC runes for your runelord. This is strange for a unit that SHOULD NOT BE IN CC. I think you would do better to spend those points enhancing your other units so they can protect your runelord.
You have a TON of anti-magic, but I guess this is reasonable against DE and Tzeentch.
Bolt throwers and Cannons serve the same basic purpose: penetrating ranks. Not so useful against Empire, but pretty good against DE and the expensive Tzeentch critters. You might consider diversifying with a stone thrower against empire and DE though. I think you'd do well to add an organ gun to this army, especially against the DE harpies/chaos flyers.
You should also think about adding the fear-resistant banner, especially against DE/Tzeentch who may have several nasty monsters.
