I'm very new to fantasy and dwarfs but I think this list is illegal. You need at least one squad of Warriors for every squad of longbeards and you have none.
You seem to be going a bit heavy on the special and skimping on Warriors which I think (in my limited experience) is the backbone of any dwarf army. I think this list needs at least one block of warriors to make it legal.
The only honorable options left to we combatants is seppuku or semantics...which amount to the same thing really.
I realise this but I am kind of skimping on the rules a bit. The army book says you cannot normally have more Long Beards than Warriors. However, the Royal Blood rule says that you can have one more unit of Long Beards than Warriors. Normally I would have no units of either, so the royal blood rule lets me have one unit of long beards, which is one more unit than the 0 amount of warrior units I have. Is this illegal or just using the full extent of the rules?
You only have 2 blocks. Dwarves usually need 3 or 4 blocks of infantry. The bolt throwers are taking up a lot of softpoints. I mean your opponent is going to avoid the hammerers and mob up everything else. Your shooting is not impressive enough to force engagement. Personally I think you are locking up too much in the bolt throwers. Making them all STR7. That is 400 points mainly for chariot defense. Sure they will work against other stuff too but it's still alot of points for warmachines that are a little 1 sided.
The list is legal as it stands. However I agree with Sylvester that there are too many points in bolt throwers and not enough points in dwarves. They don't all have to be magical Str 7 shots.
A lord with shieldbearers takes up 2 dwarf-spaces, so you could drop the hammerers down to 18 if you wanted.
I'm not sure about the miners in this list, seems like you're gonna be stationary anyway, and they might do you less good than some block infantry.
I highly endorse organ guns, they are great for whatever is annoying in the enemy army.
