Ive been toying with this for awhile, advice is apreciated.
Dwarf Lord- great weapon, shield bearers, rune of fury, master rune of kragg the grim, rune of speed, rune of preservation, rune of stone, master of spite
Thane- BSB, master rune of gromril, rune of resistance
Runesmith- GW, master rune of balance, rune of spellbreaking
Master engineer- handgun
2x 25 warriors hand weapon, shield, full command
19 Longbeards (to go with BS hand waepon shield 2x runes of determination
18 hammerrers with shields full command
20 ironbreakers with full command rune of courage
cannon- engineer rune of burning
cannon- rune of forging
20 miners with full command with steam drill

The list overall looks good. Here are my thoughts:
It looks a little light on the anti-magic for 3K, but that depends on who you play with. I'd think about adding another runesmith, especially if your opponents have access to pit of shades (that spell has done nasty things to me. shudder).
I like my banners to enhance my static CR, rather than my leadership. I generally think a BSB and a general are enough. But that's my playstyle talking.
I think you might be better off with a pair of bolt throwers (w/engineers) rather than the 2nd cannon. Depends what your targets are. Keep the rune of forging cannon, that is the optimal gear. You might also think about a grudge thrower for mass slaughter of units, the cannon won't kill as many block infantry in a single shot.
Rune of preservation and sheildbearers are redundant, because shieldbearers make the model US 3, and thus immune to killing blow. So unless you are really worried about poison (or I'm mixing up my runes) I wouldn't bother.
