Ok well after thinking about this, I realised that there might be three Axes Of Grimnir and not two. And here's who has them:
The High King - Currently Thorgrim Grudgebearer
Well all know that before he left to close the Chaos Gates Grimnir gave one axe to his son, this has then passed down through the ages and generation with the High King always the bearer.
Grombrindal, the White Dwarf
The legendary ancestor has borne this weapon for all time, yet it's unknown as to where he got the axe. And many believe that Grimnir himself gave it to him.
and then there's :
Gotrek Gurinsson, Daemon Slayer
He weilds the Axe of Valek, this he found in the Chaos Wastes. It's also known as the Axe of The Runelords by the people of Karak Dum, but how does this seem to be an Axe Of Grmnir? In the novel "Beastslayer" we see the creation of the axe (due to the twin sorcerers checking Gotrek's past) and we see a powerful dwarf forging the axe but it's unclear whether it's Grimnir or Valek.
So I'm slightly confused now, what do you all think? Three axes or two?
I think it is three.
But I can not find anywhere to buy the white dwarf, just many pictures of him.
Well the only place you'll find the White Dwarf now is on ebay, he came as a special model with the WD100 to Europe and other countries. Although for some stupid reason he wasn't released here in England <_<
Maybe it will come a special caracther like the white dwarf in WD300!
Is this the white dwarf your on about?
(his axe should be on btw )
If it is i have him, they sell his at our local GW here in england, northants. The reason i say is that he has white dwarf written on the bit that slots into his base. I asked the staff and they said they came out with the magasine ages ago and decided to produce him since he was so popular
A Promise to a dead man means nothing.
When on earth are/will they release that wonderful model?
I kill two dwarves in the morning, I kill two dwarves at night. I kill two dwarves in the afternoon, and then I feel allright. I kill two dwarves in time of peace, and two in time of war. I kill two dwarves before I kill two dwarves, and then I kill two more.
Goblin kroozade of revengyness: win:19 draw:10 loss:9
They already have, it was a subscribers limted ed for WD100 in Europe, Aussyland and canada. Except for some stupid arsed reason it wasn't released here in England <:>
the white dwarf is one fast bugger!
