Quick question, if a unit is immune to fear and terror(Rune of Courage) and they are outnumbered by a fear causing unit, do they still auto-break?
Also I'm making a list against a BoC player in my league and i was wondering if you guys thought 25 warriors or 10 miners and a combat thane were better against beasts. I already have 25 Warriors, 20 Longbeards and 20 Hammerers in my list if you think it makes a difference.
Against beasts I would avoid miners. The beasts can ambush, meaning they can come on from any table edge, the only point in the miners would either be to try and march block - but beast herds are skirmishers, so that won't work - or to counter a charge on your rear units. But here you'd have to wait a turn to charge, being very vulnerable. I would go with large combat blocks, myself.
yeah i agree with kuffy. Get another big block in there. On a smaller pedantic note i thought skirmishers were march blocked in the 7th ed rules?
ah good. I was told that had been taken out for 7th ed and skirmishers could now be march blocked. Any chance you could tell me what page it says that so i can point it out to my mates next time they try it on me!

I've started fantasy about 2 days ago and i've just got the dwarf codex. I was origionally going to start vampires but the good cheer of these forums alone made me want to change, that combined with the fact i wanted a gunline and dwarves are my favourite characters in all of the world of fantasy novels and films. Anyway... my question is about the D3 damage of a cannon. Can the wounds carry over to other models or does it just do D3 wounds to each model, and does this mean that if you take a master engineer this is turned into D6 wounds that carry over?
