i assume since its a very old oop model that the rules are freely available or at least available somewhere, and i wanted to know if you knew, because i happened to run into the model at a hobby shop and i might get it if its good, so if you know where i can find them, whether on the internet or in a generals compendium or something, then i would appreciate it

The Throne Of Power is a seat of which the High King sits astride, and it is only available to him. The Rules for High King Thorgrim Grudgebearer can be found in Annual 2002, page 65.
However, his rules are also available for free on the web, visit the UKs games workshop website and go to the warhammer section. If you are playing a war of the beard game however, lords can take a throne of power, I quite like this, as it gives 4 ws5 str4 attacks and magic resistance 2.
I kill two dwarves in the morning, I kill two dwarves at night. I kill two dwarves in the afternoon, and then I feel allright. I kill two dwarves in time of peace, and two in time of war. I kill two dwarves before I kill two dwarves, and then I kill two more.
