I'm pretty sure only empire Hochland Long Rifles, a single Wood Elf magic bow and Oxyotl (special character) get the Sniper special rule. Pretty damn rare.

Well their war machines do have more of a habit of blowing themselves up. Typical manlings always so impatient, thank goodness we have our Guildmasters to train our beardlings traditionally.
Also we have our rune that I forget the name of as I'm not a runesmith by nature. It enables us to throw a weapon and choose the model it hits and lets the other runes on it kick in. Sounds like a handy sniper weapon to me
"The nature of Mon Keigh was irrepressible!"
Master Rune of Flight, and if it wasn't a Master Rune it'd be AWESOME! But sadly, I think it has limited options, still pretty good though. Can be tomahawking wizards all day.
This, not having a weapon that allows a sniper rule, fits with Dwarf fluff;
Since Dwarfs are a stubborn race, they don't like change either. However many inventions of Humans, are invented by the dwarf engineers who are exiled from clans because they are not sticking to the old way's of doing things.
Quick trivia; Many fantasy settings use the quick to die quick to change analogy for background of its races. That is if elves and dwarfs and humans present in a setting. Dwarfs and Elfs are bound to wither away because they can't change or change much slower than Humans and other similar races. Change is bound to the life time of a being. Dwarfs and Elfs live long 300-indefinite, but humans do not, 50-70 years. Since old people do not die and as well as old habits, new generations can not force their ideas into the community in long living races.
For example fluffwise, eventhough dwarf handguns are perhaps much better, in most dwarf clans crossbows are prefered because they are trusty and old.
So be happy that Longbeards allow you to use organ gun and dwarf handgun.
