NO SHOOTING in Slayer army ?

What do you guys think of a slayer army with no shooting. You go in with Troll, Giant and Doomseekers and then some Deamon and dragon slayers. Do you think that you can win.

Well the list already excels at combat, but shooting provides some handy support. If I remember correctly, Wolf_Pack played in a tournament against night gobbos who released the usual amount of fanatics. Instead of charging past them, he spent a turn shooting them out of his path. I'm sure you could make it work, but the shooting in a slayer army realy helps out. Perhaps you should read this thread. Cheers,

I think it should be ok, being as all you can have is the Goblin Hewer and Long Drongs Pirates; that's not really much compared. If it's combat I'd be willing to forgo shooting in favour of bigger units or more units, that should help them survive long enough to have an effect in combat.
