Fellow Farseers,
Welcome to the first instalment of the eldar army list designer. This thread is here to help out any level of player from brand new to the hobby to veteran of hundreds of battles. The point of this thread is to get one of our specialists to make you a list according to specifications provided by you.

The Design team includes myself, LordLink, Heiromyo, Arizzar, and Tarzen.

when requesting a list please make sure to include the following information:

1. Target point limit

2. type of list desired (i.e. Mech, foot slogging, balanced)

3. Unit preferences (i.e. I love warp spiders or I hate swooping hawks)

Please allow up to 72 hours for list creation as we are all doing this out of the goodness of our hearts in our spare time.

To be honest I really like this list! For starters you have the farseer that is perfect for exploding the heads of marine sergeants / aspiring champions / icon bearers and due to the singing spear he can hunt tanks as well. Next I have a nice squad of harlequins to hitch a ride in the falcon, you will probably want to move up with the falcon first turn and disembark themto slog it the rest of the way up the board. Use the falcon to get them somewhere that they can do the most damage. Normally I would not max out on kisses but due to the smaller size of the squad they need the added kick. Next we have two squads of DA in serpents that are tooled out for tank hunting. These guys just disembark, bladestorm a unit, get back in the transport, and repeat. I then went ahead and gave you two large squads of guardian jetbikes. The warlocks are there to ensure that they stick around as long as possible and with 2 shuriken cannons and a singing spear in each squad they aren't too bad at hunting tanks as well as troops. Run your farseer up behind a squad of these guys as a screen. For your fast attack I chose three dual cannon vypers to zip around and generally be a pain in your opponents neck. Your heavy choices started with 2 fire prisms so that they can either hunt separately or use the juicy combined beam. To finish off I got you a nice "unkillable" falcon with dual shuriken cannons. I may have to proxy out this army myself because I see it doing very very well.

3. dont have any pheonix lords, banshees, wraithguard, guardians, jetbikes (other than vypers), shining spears, heavy weapon platforms, or reapers. but other than those units go all out.

i'd like a 2,000pt mech army
dont like banshees, wraithguard dont have
bikes/dire avengers for troops (stormies if you have to)
dont like hawks, spears if neccesary otherwise not them either.
reapers/platforms dont have.

O yes and 1 more thing the foes I plan on killing will be tyranids (not sure if horde or nidzilla), imperial guard (heavy troops and drop troops), and space marines that use alot of drop pods.

Ok I made 2 quick lists for you Tarzen, the 1st is a more effective eldar horde whilst the 2nd
has heaps more numbers its weaker in effectiveness. I'll let you choose but I recommend the 1st one.

Both lists are meant to fleet across the board and swarm an enemy in cc. Even if you're unlucky enough to get your storm guardians boltered down the harlequins should still destroy a fair chunk. In the first one the monsters are there to support them and provide anti-tank. Just in case something goes horribly wrong for the harlequins. The avatar grants fearlessness in the 1st which always helps guardians.

In both lists the shadow weaver is designed to be the cheapest scoring unit in the game (and still kind of effective with indirect). It's invaluable in cleanse for holding your own table quarter and in many other missions when you just need something to sit further back.
