Default Im not very good at this

Ok basicly i have a fair number of Eldar but i am realy bad at making Eldar Army lists, i do have the new codex btw. With the following model limitations, can someone design me an efective list. Thanks

HQ models:
1 Avatar
1 Farseer
2 Warlocks
1 Phoenix Lord Fuegan

Elite models:
8 Strikeing Scorpions includeing Exarch
7 Fire Dragons includeing Exarch
5 Howling Banshees including Exarch

Troop Models:
14 Dire Avengers including Exarch
6 Rangers
(1 Wave Serpent w/Twin-linked Scatter Lasers and Shuriken Cannon)

Fast Attack models:
5 Warp Spiders includeing Exarch
1 Vider w/ Brightlance and Shuriken Cannon

Heavy Support models:
1 Support Weapon Battery w/ Any Weapon
5 Dark Reapers includeing Exarch
1 Wraithlord w/ Wraithblade and Brightlance
1 Wraithlord w/ Starcannon
1 Fire Prism

Well how many points are you looking to play at.
Do you want a fluffly list, or a tournament list?
Anything you HAVE to have in your list?

A list which is easy to use and effective. 1000pts or 1500pts, which ever is easyer.
Fluff is not a high priortiy tbh
