Basically the Pathfinders snipe at the enemy while the harlequins weaken them with death jesters(staying 18-24 inches away so that the Shadowseer can do his thing). Then once the enemy is sufficiently weakened they charge and clean them up. The Death Jesters also double as anti light tank options.

Well I guess my first thought is where is the rest of you army. You have listed two eliets and one troop.

Secondly, Death Jesters in my opinion are not that good especially if you are using them as anti tank....well a suri-cannon is not good anti tank....and if you are using them primaraly for CC then the jester will be pretty much a waste of points. I would go with just the shadowseer and more kisses personally...maybe throw in a fusion pistol or two, thats anti tank.

Lastly, i dont know that much about harlies because i dont use them so you can take what I say how you want. Just my opinion.
And once again, would really like to see the whole list, not just 400 points of it.

This is a combat patrol list. 400 points and 1 compulsory troop choice. Nothing wrong with it.

I like it personally and im tempted to try one out myself. I like playing obnoxious harassment lists from time to to time and this seems to be just that on paper. Stuck in snipers with a pair of dancy clown squads that not much can catch. The only thing to really worry about would be speeders and bikes, but even then only for a turn. Pretty cool list, man.

I wouldn't take Jesters. They're a waste of points when in CC (And that's where you want to be with harlies). As for fusion pistols... I'd rather take some more kisses that are effective in combat and can also penetrate light armour quite well.

Personally, I'm not really a fan of rangers either. I prefer some speedy bikes, but that's just personal.

In that case I still dont like the death jester because of the heavy wepon in with the faster cc unit, I would still like to see the fusion pistols!

Must say I agree with the Death Jester thoughts; kill them. They are good for ranged, but you should get your Harlies up and close ASAP, otherwise they're dead. And a DJ in CC loses his ranged ability (while in CC), but also loses his good CC powers due to being a DJ.

I really cant explain things today.

I suppose the DJs could be swapped out for fusion pistols and the list would work just fine but the entire inspiration for the list was that Veil of Tears prevents units from targeting me while my DJ's wear them down. Then, on the final turns, I assault and beat my opponent with victory points by a mile.

Depends on what you're shooting at. MEQs, sure they aren't that effective, but targets like Guardmen will be pinned all day.
