OK mate: HQ yes very good, I would possibly be tempted to add a warlock with a witch blade and no power so it has some abaltive armour, even for after it has fired the gates Gaurdian defender squad - get the numbers up to 20 if you can Reapers: excelent, a little warry of how many points you are pending on them but they a good solid choice, particularly against 3+ Armour save armies Banshees: yeah rock solid against 3+ saves, if you end up facing Tau or IG I would switch these for scorps. Not sure the exarch can take a shuken pistol with the executioner storm guardian squads: solid, the more numbers here the better, but may be worth sacrifiing the odd one or 2 to get the numbers in the defender squad up to 20, but it is very back and forth depending on what army your opponent uses, how he plays it and the actual battle its self. Would like to see flamers in these units but you are suffering from a lack of anti tank. It may be better to bin one of the storm guardian units, equip the other with flamers, then take 2 smaller storm guardian squads, possibly without a warlock, but with 2 fusion guns in each, you may even be able to make 3 5 man squads with 2 fusion guns

I hope this question hasn't been answered in this thread already, but I have a big question: Is it possible to make a 40k in 40 minutes army with the Ulthwe rules? One guy at my store this weekend brought an Ulthwe bike army and slaughtered everyone with it, but then another Eldar player said that he would have brought his Ulthwe army too, but it wasn't legal. He said it was because you HAVE to have a farseer and farseer's have 3 wounds, which is more than is allowed in 40k in 40 minutes. Is this true? |

he can still do it he just cannot use a farseer, when i played ork i wasnt allowed to use a warboss and they have 3 wounds and it says you must always use a warboss.
