my GT size army, what do you think?
lord:general of the empire tactic: stay in unit of swordsmen making them immune to fear.

A few suggestions
1) if your wizard is going to kamikaze at the enemy leader, take either lore of shadows to get him in combat or lore of beasts so he actually has a chance of doing damage before he dies. VHS is not that good when you have no armour.....
2) shroud of magnus will not give magic res (2) to the unit, only the priest. you'd be better off with a white cloak or holy relic for the ward save.
3) For your artillery hunting captain, drop the barding for those extra 2 inches, or give him a pegasus for added speed/killiness.

It looks nice and balanced to me. Nobody should slap you for comp as you have what people around here would consider a very fair list. In other words, not the list I saw last week that had a war altar, steam tank, and three units of knights, and one unit of inner circle knights. He didn't get good comp scores.
The most glaring thing to me is that these generally astute posters haven't noticed is that you have filled out 5 of your 4 characters slots- you aren't a brettonian .
Anyway to the list:
You aren't holding a line with 20 man infantry units with no BSB especially not with spears. 25 is the ideal number and swordsmen are the ideal unit . WS 4 is huge. I would definetely make the regular captain a BSB and keep him with the line making sure you don't break, Greatswords would help with this. Priest is useless, you only took up 1 rare slot. And 5 power dice is going to get anything off, just go defensive with these guys. Imo one of everything lists are cool but this one doesn't look like it could work as it is especially not in a GT setting.
Also Archer Detachments are your best friend.
