I'm probably not the one to ask, due to running few (if any) cavalry for the Empire, but I'll have a go anyway.
My thoughts are that 10 is probably a bit big for the KotIC. Drop one from each, since you'll have a WP in each unit (I assume), which will allow your extra rank.
Nine Pistoliers is probably also too big. I'd say trim them back to five or six, give them a Musician, and an Outrider with a repeator pistol.
With the spare points, you could, perhaps, get another unit of Knights, a R&F unit, or whatever.
Onto your characters, the AoMI probably isn't the best idea for a Lector. Give him heavy armour, and the Enchanted Shield, and he has a 3+ save for a fraction of the cost. Better yet, go with something like the Shield of the Gorgon so he can hinder enemy attacks. The VHS is also a very nasty piece of work to give to the clergy of Sigmar.
Your WPs would also benefit with a few anti-magic pieces. I don't expect my characters to accomplish much in the way of kills, so I prefer support items. The Sigil of Sigmar and the Shroud of Magnus are two favourites of mine.
Hope this helps.
