Wizard Lord on Griffon (Lore of Death)
Wizard on Celestial Hurricanum (Lore of Heavens)
Wizard (Lore of Fire)
Master Engineer with Long Rifle
Hellblaster Volley Gun
Luminark of Hysh
Nobody? I know I didn't include points values, but I feel like this could be a really powerful list, but I feel like I could be ignoring something obvious and/or crucial. I'm also curious about what it's like to play pure shooting armies. I imagine it could be pretty boring if done wrong.
cant really give advice untill i see what everything can do
In the current rules, an all shooting army must be made and deployed right or it will fall apart. I find that the all gun line is one of the hardest armies to play. I face a gun line from the dwarfs, and once i get into combat, i overrun right through the army. I think that if the engineers are similar to the current ones, you might want to take another, better safe than sorry when using a helblaster because one engineer will be dedicated to stoping it from killing itself
my experiences with gunlines is that it feels like both players are playing their own seperate games, somewhat ignoring whatever is in front of them, just shooting all the guns, while the other runs everything towards you. either he makes it and kills ya or you win because of all the gunfire.
sure, there is more tactix to it, but thats just how it feels imo.
what´s a luminark?
Warchief Diggah o da Bloodmoon Squiggahs
Yeah, the problem is that almost nobody has seen the new book. One comment that I can make is that gunlines need some small but powerful melee element to deal with the nastiest enemy unit that survives the trip across the board.

Definitely didn't realize it's just on advance order. My bad.
But anyway, maybe some of them new Demigryph knights as the small melee force? They sure are purdy.

Unless you gave a very favorable table with open terrain you're going to get ate up on CC. I have a very similar army and I get destroyed by lizards, orcs, elves and daemons when we've I play the gun line.
