You forgot to put down that Gerhart Breinholt has a barded warhorse (Either that or you are paying for a non-existent one)
It looks like a pretty nice army, although I would be tempted to split one of the larger regiments into detachments for the others. They can really help against faster forces. But saying that, it can cramp your deployment zone and make it much harder to advance.
:w00t: No detachments??? I would have both the Halbs and Swords with a detachment of handgunners and militia. Still, if this works for you...
I am guessing here that the Grand Master accompany the Knights as his purpose is to lead an army of Knights. If he does, you take off the leadership away from the infantry blocks and his LD 9 is really needed there. If you put him with the infantry, then you're losing a lot of points because an Electoral Count would do the exact same job for a lot less, maybe the Grand Master is the best combat machine the Empire have in term of heroe but he is ment to lead an all cavalry army for the Empire.
I totally agree with the detachments, you really should use them, they are great. Just split off you 20 FC into 2 detachments of 10 FC for your Swordsmen and your Hallbardiers and do the same with your Handgunners, 2 detachments of 8 for both your big blocks. Also I would try to beef up those 2 blocks a bit, to at least 24 so you don't lose your rank bonus too early. Also the Marksman in the Handgunners is really not worth its point, if you don't split the unit to make them become detachments then drop it.
I would also try to beef up the Great Swords unit a bit too, to at least 16, so they will have they full rank bonus from the start, if you need to sacrifice something then I would let go of the mortar first.
If you transform your Grand Master into an Electoral Count (with the same gear) and if you drop your mortar you have 155 free points. To beef up your 2 infantry regiments to 24 each you need 78 points and then to take your Great Swords to 16 you need another 72 points, you have 5 points left.
I would go a little bit further and try not to over equip a Lord that won't win the game by himself, the Sword of Power might be a little bit too much for an infantry leading character you might want to give him a sword of might with a shield instead.
The rest of the list looks great.
Thanks Thyr! I'll try those in my next battle!!! I am planning on expanding the Greatswords to 20 and converting my extra spearmen to Swordsmen and Halberdiers! Only prob. is I'm starting Dwarves and funds a running low... Thanks anyway!
Personnally i would keep the marksman in the handgunners as hes only 5 more points for an added BS although get rid of the long rifle, and a bonus to the Stat line is exactly what an empire army needs.
