Hey, I've been playing 40k for awhile now, and I've been thinking of taking up fantasy again. I'm not too sure about what the changes are in this ed compared to the one before (which is the one I was active in last).
Either way.. I have the following;
1 Wizard on foot
1 Warrior Priest
1 Grand master
8 white matels inc command
20 swordsmen inc command
20 halberdiers inc command
21 spearmens no command
2 cannons (parts for making 2 mortars that I can swap these for)
So, question is.. Do I have to get alot of stuff to make a good army out of this?
I'm kinda tempted to make a priest army, so I guess one box of flagalants is a must.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Ps. forgot to mention that I intend to play 2k matches, mainly against vc.

That looks great.
You have a strong core with the 20 swordsmen and 20 spearmen. I would use the halberdiers as detachments 2 x 10. That can be used in any army, so that is just great.
Other then that, you have a lot of guns, so you should use play a gunline tactic.
I'f you where to buy a few models i would go for the flagellant box, because we all need somthing unbrakeable. Other then that, sweet start.
Thats a very promising list. Might I suggest swapping the griffon for a second wizard, as you'll need good magic defense against VCs.
