I've been trying to figure out how wounds to the Steam Tank are distributed.. When I look in the BRB it explains the crew uses the war-machines stats for the defensive side of things (toughness) but that wounds are towards the crew (which seems odd if they are inside a tank).
So my question is...how does a steam tank essentially "die"? Is it the tank's toughness with the crew's wounds? Or does the tank itself have to take all the wounds with it's own toughness?
Tanks toughness of 6 and in the case of the STank its own Wounds which are 10.
If you look in your Empire book you will actualy see there is only a profile for the Stank and the Engineer driving it, and the Engineer has no wounds,or toughness to take into account anyway.
You cannot make heads or tails understanding rules for things when your working from just one book. You need both the army and BRB.
Ah. I was asking for a friend of mine that recently added a Stank to his army and was having a hard time (mainly because of the person he plays against most of the time) understanding exactly how wounds are distributed. Thanks for the information
