Barring an epic shooting performance from the SSC, they Brets will steamroll the Tomb Kings.
I initially saw the SSC, then realised the peasants will be Ld8 anyways.
The Bretts should smash into the Skellies, and when that happens, the survivors will simply crumble away.
Brets have it here.
The poor characteristics of hte Skels make even the Horses a massive threat to them, so no worries here. Hard for TK's at this points level, really. 1.25k should be better....
Short of epic performances from the bowmen and catapult, followed by an epic fail on panic and break tests from the knights this one is over on turn 2 when the knights smash into the skellie lines. Granted, the skellies only need to take out 2 Bretts to force panic tests, but I just don't see them being able to do that in the one(maybe 2) turn(s) of shooting they'll get.
~2k of genestealery goodness
~1750points of terminator goodness

more witty remarks to come.
Bretonnians have this one mostly due to the Royal Pegasus (I sense a RAF in the making...) and the small size of all the Tomb King units (making a first turn of combat crumble inevitable).
The Brets could even sack their Pegasus Paladin on killing the Heiro second turn and then just sit and wait for the rest to crumble.
going to have to go with bretts TK don't have a chance at this point level. although the SSC just needs to cause 1 wound to create a panic check. just the amount of knights charging in, they won't have a chance.

One good shot from the SSC will take apart any of the Bret units.
However, the Brettonians will be in combat by turn 2, so barring any really bad fear tests, they are going to be victorious.
I'd rather have gone for Tomb Guards and Skellie spearmen myself in a 500 pt list...
Looks to me like the Bretts have it.
No, I don't have any wool.
It pains me to say this, but I have to vote for the bretts. TK just has to few models to withstand that charge.
