Ok, Gingers list is in. Just realised i made a slight mistake.. but noone seems to have noticed so nvm
Anyway, game on! get your votes in!
(Note to self... extend game time until 6pm Thursday)
Orcs and Goblins here as the vamps magic will be very limited which will mean the orcs numbers will prevail barring some unlucky aminosity rolls.
BEN DIESEL FTW!!!
I gotta go with O&G the amount of anti-magic they can put down at these points is insane. The level 1 vampire will never keep all his troops up, this is a no brainer.
I'm going to have to agree with no1cafc. Orcs and Goblins is my vote. With the dispel power that the O & G has, even the added magic to the undead shouldn't be enough to produce the numbers needed to outnumer the orcs. Besides, only the zombie unit can get above its starting size.
I am heading off to the Peace Corps. It is bery likely I will not be back. Good luck to all of you endeavors.
orcs and goblins win this for me
Im always 2 steps a head and one step behind you!
Your mind is a maze and only you have the map. (I lost mine years ago.)
going to have to say O&G. the orcs outnumber the undead and will be able to kill the skeletons in 1 on 1 (better statline by far) so gotta give it to O&G
Painting: 20 quarrelers
I concur with the majority. the Orks and Gobbos have this, barring awful luck. They just walk across the table and attack, then bring in their fast stuff on the flanks. The fact that they can flee is icing on the cake. Combat happens where/when the O&G player desires it, and he breaks the VC's in a straight fight.
Orks and Gobbos.
Orcs & Goblins.
What would have made this a better match for the VC is magic. Lacking the ability to raise anything other than zombies above starting strength is going to cost them dearly in this battle. Orc Boyz on the charge will make short work of the skeleton unit, and even when all the other elements are destroyed, they can all just gang up on the zombie unit.
