Since Dave is offline right now I'll post the seekers, there are 5 of the speed daemons in my list.

Damn you're right, my bad I didn't really think this through which I blame on lack of sleep.
If it wouldn't be too much trouble I'd swap the 5 bats for a corpse cart with unholy lodestone.
BEN DIESEL FTW!!!
Tough to say. I really like the vampire set up. my only issue with it is I personally think that vampires hurt a unit of black knights because it takes away their etherial movement. However, they are cheaper than blood knights and are still quite tough.
BOy though, all those flamers and seekers are going to be hard to kill. Also, magic is in favor of of the daemons. What it comes down to is whether or not they can counter all 3 black knight units.
VC because I think that enough black knights can survive to get to the enemy. On top of that, once the main force of undead come in, everything will get bogged down, which is exactly what the VC player wants. The key for both sides will be character killing for magic dominance. I think the VC are also better suited for that.
I am heading off to the Peace Corps. It is bery likely I will not be back. Good luck to all of you endeavors.
The vamps don't have to join the BKs. They can always pop into a unit of ghouls.
My gut reaction tells me VC, but I wonder how the magic phase will play out. Tzeentch has a lot of chances to miscast, but so does VC.
Still, if Tzeentch denies a flank, maintains tight ranked units, and keeps the Black Knights in their front arc, they can avoid losing combats and allow time for magic to take effect.
The flamers will be a problem for that regenerating Corpse Cart, and the Seekers are an interesting choice.
I'm trying to figure out how the daemons might get to the VC general, and I'm not sure that will happen unless the vamp players wants it. 4 ranked units is a lot, along with those 3 units of knights.
In the end, I think VC can overwhelm DoC and force lots of instability tests while keeping its general safe. The magic phase is unreliable and hard to gauge; one bad miscast could lose the game for either side.
But looking at the two lists, I think I give the edge to Vampire Counts.
Unless we get some huge numbers in the first few magic phases it's going to be over once CC arrives. the massive units and the flanking will help the VC win this. and all they need to do is get 1 or 2 invocations off to recover any dmg done by spells.
Painting: 20 quarrelers
Too many fast units vs combat sloths.
The Black Knights and Blood Knights will win the game for the Vampire Counts. Although I have to add that it's a good thing cafc doesn't appear to rely on raising units, because he would have a huge uphill battle.
