unoffical armies in an arena of death

ok, my question is simple: if an unofficial army is deemed "balanced" at least as far as characters are concerned, should it be allowed to be used for arena entrants.

My example army is the nauticans: Nautica - for Warhammer fantasy battles

they seem fairly well balanced, and i would love to use them for a character in an AoD.

The only other example i can think of at the moment is the zombie pirates from GW, although they are pathetic in combat.

I was thinking of allowing this list in my arena.

Personally, my arenas will follow the Official GW ones, mainly out of the "I trust only what I pay for" attitude (hey, it worked for Microsoft). By all means, allow them in yours, but you know where I stand with mine.

Although the zombie pirates may forge an exception if I'm in a liberal/fun mood.
