I'd say no, sorry. People like Kakashi, and even Naruto are just too good.

I'll review the other teams when I get a quick moment, though I', doubtful about Ichigo. I'll watch early Bleach, and then decide.

Train can move in to a packed building, run up behind someone who's about to make a speech, shoot them in the head from behind at point blank range and then leave the building before the body hits the ground, with no one seeing him because he's so fast. I believe that's a power.

I don't know about this other guy but his weapon makes him pretty much unhittable and it can cut through a building.

Actually I believe that it just cut to him outside the building, walking away. He's fast but not superhumanly so. Certainly faster than the average person, but comparable to, say, an olympic sprinter. He's an assassin. Speed and stealth are what he does, so the first part of that was simple, run through the crowd and jump onto the stage, shoot, escape in the confusion. Easy.

As for Jenos, he's in no way unhittable, in fact he gets hit quite often from what I remember. Just the other day I watched an episode where Eve hits him with a giant mallet. Yes it's true that he cut down a building, but I believe that took planning and preparation, setting his wires up around pillars and such. Certainly not superhuman, I'm sure any human demolitions expert could do the same.

Still, while we're on the subject, I can't say I've ever seen a human who can fire arrows so quickly that there's a hundred of them raining down before the first has even hit. Everything in anime needs to be taken with a grain of salt, because generally they all show things that most humans wouldn't be capable of. That doesn't mean they aren't human.

As for Train and Jenos, I will rule them legal. A XD said, they do not seem super powered. Highy skilled, by no more than Jin, Mugen, or Spike.


lastspartacus, I'll say Deunan is fine, but Briareos will have to go, as he is a state of the art cyborg fellow. If the Major and Batou aren't allowed, then neither is he.


Chuffles, Naru looks fine (and will be suitable for the votewar too. ), but I'm a little hesitant about Ichigo - would you be able to find someone else?

All the teams that are allowed are up, and have [pending] if I need to you to submite another character.

I certainly did. I like the crossovers between Spike and Mugen. To be honest I prefer Mugen hes more.... erratic. And if you'll pardon the D&D analogy Mugens more to the Chaotic Neutral, whilst Spike tends to Chaotic Good in my opinion, which makes for nice similarities and differences. .
