if you have a hole unit of Giant slayers and you are in HTH combat and you attack last and the enemy kills 3 out of a row of 6 then would you still get all the attcks for the rows because they are vetrens or only one like normal and if you have a unit of slayers and 2 are Giant and the rest troll will you allways get the 6 attacks for the Giant salyers or will one die then the other stays alive till the unit dies

If 3 slayers are killed and the other 3 are in BASE CONTACT then you get your full attacks, from the 3 slayers as the first 3 are killed and don't get to attack back (as they are dead!&#33

ok here is what i am saying if you have warriors the vet allways gets hit 2 attcks even if they kill 10 and you have a row or 5 ok well then if you have all vets then would all your units still get the attck in ie troll slayers to giant giant is the vet so if you have all giant you get all your attcks even thouth they died because there all vets right and about teh 2 giants basicly if you have 2 vets then you always get there attacks even if they over kill your row cazz there vets right

The rules say if you are killed before you get chance to attack, then you can't attack back. This applys to champions (Giant Slayer) as well. If a champion is killed then he is not replaced (ie standards & muscians will be replaced by someone picking their instrument/standard up).

So as for the slayers if you have a rank of 3 Troll Slayers and 2 Giant Slayers, and the enemy kill 5. Then this means that the 3 Troll Slayers are dead, as are the 2 Giant Slayers as they were all killed before they had chance to attack. But you remove the models from the back to keep the formation looking tidy. The Giant Slayers are dead and there is nobody to replace them, but the Troll Slayers from the back ranks step forward to fill in the gap ie next turn you have a rank of 5 troll Slayers.

also i thouhgh you could not attack the vetrons or can you take normal models and say this is how many are attacking even thouht the vetaran is nothign specil becasue in the games i have played the ppl say no you cant attack the vetran you only kill normal ppl and that is dum if you say he is attack ing him then he is right

Champions can be targeted and so killed, so if a veteran is killed there is no-one to replace him.

that is cool maby its some stor rule that you can not target the vet or something and also can a normal warrior or any type of none hero modle target a hero because at the story they told me no about that to and i wnat to learn the rules that are used in the big tortaments lol i would like to go to them after i get good and that will be in a long time hahhah ill be a long beard by then

I think he can, if he's in base contact then he can throw all his attacks against the character. But it must be all his attacks against him.
