They could reproduce by cutting pieces of themselves and allowing them to regenerate overtime.A small scrap of flesh would do.It happens on DND at times,though there were female trolls there.

Trolls have belly buttons.
This must mean they are born by placental birth.

And this is where it started to go wrong... The Trolls have something that looks like a belly button. It doesn't mean it IS a belly button.

For example, this looks like a mushroom, so you might think it reproduces by releasing spores...



...but it is, in fact, an animal and lays eggs.

I always assumed Trolls were originally a sub species of mutated human like beastmen and so forth.....either way I think the reproductive habits of trolls are probably best left to themselves.
