Myself and a few other members are in the process of again trying to start an LO magazine, and we are looking for Battle Reports which we could use.

Basically im thinking if anyone here wishes to have their battle report included in this magazine, then post in that thread saying you wll be writing one for us, and then organise, play, take photos of and make a good job of writing up a great battle

Plans are still in early stages for the Mag, but the sooner we start getting content in, the better.

I'm guessing that the battle report must include all fully painted armies.
If I am wrong, tell me, as I am the only one around here with a fully painted army, I am going to be hard pressed to find someone to make the battle report with, but when the new VC come out, I might be interested in doing a battle report for those bad boys vs my wood elves. well see.. maybe

How about Reports from Lorenz games? Unless that machines lost so much interest that it may as well be a Finance Company... (no offence to those who are involved with one btw)

I read in the main thread that Pickle was asking about Vassal reports being added. I myself think it would be better to keep it to live battle reports. Especially now that Fantasy doesn't have a viable comparison anymore. Also, I would much rather read about an actual battle with real pictures of models and terrain.

That being said, I would like to admit myself as a Fantasy Battle Report/Tactica writer for the magazine. Hope you still have room aboard for me.

Having a unpainted models for each of my armies comes back to bite me. I would love to post some of my battle reports were in not for the shame of unprimed plastic and metal. That will teach me to have 50% painted on 5 armies rather than 1 fully painted one.

How do you feel about specialist game battle reports like BFG?

Hey I know this is somewhat necroing but I never noticed this. I woul definetely be able to post reports for the magazine if you still do this, I have 3 painted armies available and can even report from tournies in the northeast (U.S. that is) and maybe interest readers in the toruny scene.

Orkimedes, have you PM'd Phoenix about it? Also if you write one up and just make it a really good thread with pics and all, we can ask BH to look at it. He can put it into Wordpress for a front page article. The magazine is pretty much dead. Something else is Pickle's Warzone mag. He's asking for content from LO.
