If your name is in green, then you are good to go. Keep an eye out for the list of matchups and be ready to send your 500pt legal army list to the relevant person. Please also check your army post, i have left some of you noted at the bottom

If your name is in Red, please see your post. You are either over the pts limit, or possibly under, or havent made a list yet, or other. When you have corrected any mistakes, please just drop me a quick PM with a direct link to your post so i can check it over again.

Apologies that the post footnotes i left are in red, its not meant to be an 'angry' note, i just think red is more noticible


Finally, i have also sorted my list wooo! Im happy, lets soo how far it gets... lol.

Ok, i want to get this thing going, soon! So...

This post is very important, please read all of it carefully

There is one more space available, assuming i get all the lists i need in. If any spaces aren't filled, they will be taken by pool armies, or otherwise groups will be arranged somehow.

I am setting a deadline for gtting pool lists in and sorted of Midnight GMT 2/3 July, so you have about 36 hours to get finalised.

After that, the pools will be arranged and matchups listed. Please keep an eye out for these, and once you see your matchup, please select a legal 500pt army from your pool and PM it to myself or AFG. Make a note of which Magic Lores mages will be using, and include anything else you think ids required.

The first round of matches will begin this weekend (sat or sun) and will be open for 3 days. The first batch will be the games in my controlled pools, and they will be open for 3 days. After that, AFG will get his matches up, also open for 3 days.
We will both attempt to make the games anonymous. I have a system in mind, and need to discuss this with AFG.

Once this begins, please keep a sharp eye on events, things will happen fast.

Once your game is over and results in, you are free to add the next 500pts to your pool. This will mean that people will be staggered due to the fact my half of the games will finish before AFGs begin. This just gives us a bit more flexibility in timing and organisation.

One thing to note, this is a Votewar, and we are going back to th original intent as requested and preferred by many. There will be No Maps, there will be no posing of tactics (well, we cant stop you, but we can delete lol)

Votes are to be made (hopefully) on an independant, unbiased basis, and if you do see a tactics post, please try your best to ignore it. Vote on the lists only, and whoyou think would win in an average game. (1st turn will be undecided, you can assume Brets will Pray if you wish, etc)

Finally, if anyone involved can make it onto LO chat, please do so. Its so handy for communication.

Just one more thing, please keep a sharp eye on the opening post of this thread, it will be regularly updated form now on.

I would suggest, that everytime you update the first page, to some significate extent, that you post a reply to the effect of 'first page updated'. This will highlight the topic in bold in the user CP when it's checked, so there's a much higher chance of people seeing it, I think.

Wahey! Sunday's a little optimistic. I think we should impose something for not getting lists in, such as picking out 500pts ourselves?

Atm im thinking that if a list isnt in, the game is delayed until the next batch go up (so my delayed games would go up as your games do, etc)
If the list still isnt in by that time, then the other player auto wins. If neither list is in, then its just skipped.

Also, for late lists there is a 10% pts penalty. i.e ina 500pt game, late lists will need to be 450pts.
