Cool matchup here. Living Cav vs Dead Cav.

I think undead are always going to hard for Brets, who need to break units on the charge. This list will give them even more troubles, with a good amount of magic in 10 powerdice, As well as Invocation, Raise Dead will be critical in this battle, the raised Zombie units playing the same role as the Dire Wolves - charge redirection.

The other thing I can see happening, is all the Vampire joining upto Black Knight units. The Ghouls and Zombies draw the Brets into the centre for the easy kill, and then the Black Knights can counter charge easily enough. Terrain can be used well here too, for counter charging, as BK's pass straight through it.

This is gonna be a close one for sure, but I'm going for Vampire Counts

I think the Bretts can win this tbh. They have the extended charge range on the knights, and a couple of charges could prove decisive on the small(mostly) units. Plus there's enough magic defence to weaken the VC magic phase (VCs will still dominate, just that it won't all go their way).

As afore said, it will be close, but the Bretts will win by a horses mane.

If inovcation of nehek were able to bring mroe he one black knight up at a time, the VC would win. However, once they are taken care of (which I believe they will given the bretts superior cavalry numbers) the rest of the undead army will fall apart. Brets

Vampire Counts by a witch's whisker. The fact that the Brettonian knights are so useless after the first round of fighting and the unbreakableness of the VC give them enough of an advantage to carry this home.

I am going to give this one to the Vampires, and here is why:

If the charges get redirected by the dire wolves, and the magic does it's job to slow them down, along with the fell bats march blocking, the brets will get bogged, and then torn from their horses.
