So I haven't seen much fuss about the fact that all our special characters are now just IC with no limitations on their usage. That, no longer need permission to use them, or a points limit on a game. This follows the trend of the DA and BA codex's where they did the same thing.
Frankly I love this. Sure I had a decently painted up DP model and used him most of the time, but it got boring. I also have a really nice painted up Kharn and Abaddon, that I hardly ever got to use. But now, I can use with of them any time I want.
Frankly, for my Undevided army, I see myself using Abaddon for any game 1500+. I mean sure he is a ton of points, but he rocks so many worlds. I think he is even meaner then in the previous codex. And Kharne can now be a general all on his own, and would be a cool one for a pure WE army. And Airhiman(sp?) is totally bad ass now, and would rock just about any Librarian out there. I think this is a very cool thing for Chaos, and when you consider there are two pages of these IC, it makes for some great options and fluff.
Age is a state of mind, and since I have no mind, I don't age.

Personally I like Typhus quite a bit. And he seems like the only way to get a daemon weapon on a psyker. He might be too expensive but he has a pretty interesting assortment of abilities. If the 1ksons Librarian had deity specific powers he would be very powerful.
