I want to start something new but I'm not to sure how it will work. I want to try to include every mark but effectively and still fluffy.
Since every mark has its own uses I want to use it as well as possible. In a 1750 tourney list, this is what I was thinking about
Chaos Glory- Chosen. Maybe 5x marines with a Lascannon to make use of their infiltrating.
Mark of Khorne- Berzerkers in a rhino, 'nuff said
Mark of Slaanesh- Raptors ftw. Their CC skills will be heighted and more effective against MEQs
Mark of Tzeentch- Use some 1k Sons in a rhino for a rush to rapid fire.
Mark of Nurgle- Foot sloggers to help claim objectives and hold out.
For HQ's a Slaanesh sorcer with wings and Lash seems to fit well and the force weapon will be nice with the Raptors. Then maybe a Khorne Lord with a daesom weapon.
Would it work?
I definitely think it could work, and also be quite effective with the new dex. The new dex makes all options viable and effective in their own right. I use a list that is similar to this one except I don't have a unit of nurgle marines. I should try and fit them in somehow. The only suggestion I would make would be to try and fit some termies in there somewhere. They are just too good now to pass up on.
I think it would work and would take a lot of strategy to perfect with each squad having a specific role and duty in the army. Also consider getting an undivided daemon prince leading them if you wanted. Very Fluffy!. You could probably fill out the rest of the points with preds to help cover the rhinos. It'll definately work.
You're getting into Eldar territory here, with each unit having a very specific job to do. Then again, you're getting into Eldar territory, which they handle very well, and I believe your list could handle it well too. I look forward to hearing about your exploits!
