Do the new Tactical Squad and/or Combat Squad equivalents for the CSMs contain a Mutation Sprue?
Short answer, No.
Long answer, Nnnnnnoooooooo.
I was sad to learn this when I bought a pack, but luckily I had bought the possessed with it too.
Rork: In the dark future of the 41st millennium there is only friendship.
Fenrir: and magic.
Kaiser-: My Little Chaos Marine, Friendship is Heresy?
No the mutation sprue is not in the box anymore. But I guess it's partially due to GW selling boxed sets of possessed marines now. And given they're still a business they'll probably want you to buy the other boxset as well as it generates more profit
Does the new tactical CSM box have the old sprues? or the recut ones?
As in.. icons or no?
Melta gun or no?
Flamer or no?
The new box comes with the old marine sprue except the helmet heads are new. The new box also comes with an additional "accessory" sprue like the loyalist Marine and their Sergeant sprue. The Accessory sprue comes with power weapon, power fist, plasma gun, meltagun, flamer, heavy bolter, 1 banner pole, 5 different banners for different marks, 6 different champion heads and 4 of which are their own respective mark, 6 different shoulder pads and 4 of which are their own respective mark, 1 champion backpack, and some decorative items.
Anima Tactics - try it out!
Gotchas, sounds like the recut sprues to me.
If you look closely, I imagine you'll find that some of the bolt pistols and other weapons have also been modified. Not to mention the breastplate sections of some too.
Watch out though, because the 'rhino and 5 CSM set' might be the old CSM sprue (i.e no icons, no melta gun, no flamer, no pretty bits).
