I seem to have trouble with the cannonnes when I play against my friend. I mean they are crazy 45 points for 2 faith force weps=power weps and no minor powers work and nullify Major on 5+ and yeah they get blessed wep 2+ save ignore first insta death wound and on top of that they can use spirit of the martyr to make their 2+ an invulnerable save which i know they can get a little expensive but basically 150 pts for flying they also can get jumpack sry u people probably know all this already but do u have any thing you would do against them i mean ahrimans gift of chaos has saved me and I sometimes get lucky with a big marine squad but they can kill pretty much anything with their melta bombs and blessed wep. Daemon Prince with the slaanesh daemon wep is what i usually use. Just wondering what other people use i used to use a dreadaxe to ignore the invulerable saves from old dex but now its gone so. If anyone has any input plz let me know thx.

I'm not really sure what you said (and I know nothing of SoB's, because no one plays Witchhunters here), so I'll just give Generic advice.
Drop a 10-man squad of Khorne Berzerkers on her. That should cause enough wounds to kill three of those Cannonessi.

The real problem with Canoness is the 2+ Inv Save. Their weakness is their toughness.
Spam shots and attacks = many wounds = lots of chances of a failed save.

Ok thanks guys and yeah I agree with you aeroplane I made my other posts more correct. Thanks for the advice Fuard and The Doctor it will be used in my next game.
See the problem you have is that the cannoness is a very decent HQ assassin, she is fast enough to avoid your bezerks (jump pack) and tough enough to survive most things (2+ inv save) and can stay in combat with you for atleat 1 turn most of the time, certainly suficient to take down a HQ
Things to consider:
She burns faith, sure she gives him 2 and 2 more when she dies, but she uses a faith point per turn to keep her save invulnerable, and unless she uses littanies on one turn, she has to roll to get that, she can fail
She also is probbly using faith to augment her combat attacks, that means 1 faith per turn not in combat and 2 per turn she is with no gaurentee of sucess
the trck becomes get her to roll as many dice as possible, she will fail faith or 2+ saves sooner or later, more shots the better, stuff like the average bolter is your frined.
also try and tie her up with a defiler or a dread, she runs the risk of insta kill and stands littlechance of doing much back
