Hello I am fairly new to Warhammer (playing for about a year, Necrons) and am thinking of doing a new Chaos army. I know that Chaos has recently released a new codex and am not totally sure on the rules with all the new marines for each God. I was wondering if I created a new Black Legion army would I be able to use Thousand sons, Khorne Berserkers and Plague marines in the same list?

Yes, you can use all of them
... try Czech language ;-)
Okay secondly if I have a daemon prince in the army am I able to gift it a mark (for example the mark of Khorne) or does the prince have do be undivided? Also do my plague marines or thousand sons become elites or remain troops?
In the new Codex, units no longer move FO Chart positions, and taking one unit/upgrade will never restrict you from taking a different unit or upgrade.
The new Codex is much more straight forward than the last. Anything one army can take, any other army may as well. Playing Black Legion doesn't change anything with the new 'Dex - it's just a name now. There are no more special rules for playing BL, 1K Sons, whatever.
Okay thank you. So essentially if I start a new force and want to use all of the specialized troops that will not effect anything? So basically a person can field a very diverse army that mixes all of the Gods without any drawbacks such as losing the mark on the army HQ (I heard that was the case before).
...not as many as the last codex, though. We have no armory, veteran skills or mix-and-match mutations now. Goshdarnit.
Yes, the new codex is far more straightforward so you can take any marked units without restriction or modifying fo chart positions, but neither can you take legion-specific rules any more (not that the black legion had any), so if you play alpha legion for example you can no longer take cultists or use cheap infiltrators. I happen to play with a unit of plague marines, a terminator squad with an icon of khorne and I've recently added a slaaneshi daemon prince to it, although that's more because I won the converted model with half a ton of slaaneshi icons all over it. Fluffy? not really, but hey. I guess using Abaddon in this case makes it more fluffy- bringing together the greater powers for dark crusading, which is nice.
