Ive got a thousand sons army that consists of:
1 Daemon prince
1 sorceror lord
2 squads of thousand sons
I want to know:
A) what to get next
Do i need more tanks and demons
C) Is it worth getting traitor guardsmen
Biggest quesiton to ask have you fielded this army in some games yet? If you have usually the best way to ask what you need is simply to find out what you "felt" was missing. Like if you always felt thin and easily flanked get more troops, if everytime you play armor seems to run over you get a Dread. with lascannon. If you had a hard time dealing with troops pick up some shooty guys.(Not exactually sure whats on your Pred. as that could play your anti infantary or anti-armor role.) I usually find it hard to give advice on buying things I tend to just say play with the army and see what you really have been craving all the time. Since, every play style can really change whats needed, speaking for myself anti-infantry wepeons usualyl find little space in my army. I prefer huge CC guys (moblized, or deepstriking) and nice shotty squads with all 36"+ wepeons standing back as the vehicles drive. I personally pretty much scrap any sort of anti-infantary wepeons like flamers, heavy bolters etc. ( This could be my army choices 2 tho ) But by best advice is just see which unit you keep saying to yourself in games, damn wish I had that right now, and you should be fine.
since thousand sons can't have obliterators, you should pawn them on EBay. then buy either two rhinos or a land raider. If you see a good deal for screamers on EBay, then get some. Flamers are also nice. Get a dread!!! small, mobile fire support that can pop a tank or two in the beginning of the battle, and then help in close combat towards the end, if its still alive.
Yeah, auction the obliterators. Defilers are nice since its the only ordnance you can get your hands on, and you will definitely need a predator or a dreadnought.
It's not Raymond Luxury Yacht, It's pronounced throat wobbler mangrove.

My elvish name is Maeglin Meneldur.
Thats interesting that thousand sons cannot get obliterators. In the codex it only mentions them not being allowed bikes, raptors and havocs. On that im probablly going to have to replace them with a dred or 2.
Cult armies can only contain units with their respective marks (with the exceptions, of course, being mentioned in the codex). Obliterators cannot receive marks, thus cult armies are unable to field them.
