Choas codex from which edition ?

I have a old choas codex I bought in 2002 (about) just before they got re realeased, and they have had one release since then (in septembe of 07) I was wondering Which edition this is from. For those serious veterans amoung us, the rules said that obliterators were heavy, you could buy khorne berzerkers. (not just the mark of khorne) So on and so forth.

    Thanks

    S0m3w0n

I must say I don't fully understand what you say about the obliterators, but if you have the codex before the new release in 2007, I think that'll be 2th edition

If it has a red-ish purple border it's still 3rd ed (Codex: Chaos Space Marines). If it's a huge, thick tome with Abaddon on the front, it's 2nd ed (Codex: Chaos).
