I have a 1500 point Khorne Army planned out...
It comprises mostly 48 Berzerkers (including the 3 free Aspiring Champions)...
And 3 Predators with Autocannons (only)...
Basic tactic is to use the Predators as a screen for the Berzerkers to charge forward...
Question is...Should I put Smoke Launchers/Extra Armour on the Predators for increased survivability instead of Power Weapons for the Aspiring Champions? Or should I forget about Smoke Launchers/Extra Armour for increased close combat power?
P.S. The Berzerkers only have Krak Grenades for anti-tank power so I still need the autocannons for walkers/skimmers...
Interesting idea... normally I'd say beef up the Berzerkers, but you need the preds to be mobile if you're using them as a screen, so extra armour and smoke are probably a better choice in this case.

i think it would be mor sensible to get as many rhinos as possible and a dred for fire support. i mean if i used a land raider or a pred or a dred against u or if u face steel legion for example or any aremy with lots of armour ur gona suffer bad.
I agree with BorninDarkness. The survival of those predators is pretty important, so I'd go with smoke launchers and extra armor.
rhinos would work alot better than predators as you can have more cause they are cheap and maybe still afford one predator equip with all Las cannons to sit back and shoot down enemy armour.

yes take some rhinos to get those zerks into combat and get some termies for deap strike to weakon down the enamy and i would say go with the power weapons

What is the critical factor of your army? The average berzerker's chance of getting into close combat as soon as possible without getting killed in transit. As long as you can do this, you can then afford to buy luxuries like power weapons and daemonic mutation. So, experiment with different configurations to find out what the minimum amount of points you have to spend to transport your berzerkers to CC. The only way to find out is to experiment with your opponents. I'd say go with some configuration that gives them a 12" move.

I'd choose extra armour and smokies if I was using them as mobile cover.
