Who is the blackish demon on the gamesworkshop main page seen here, I have seen him for fantasy and am interested in using him for 40k as a demon prince possibly. He is in the very back right side of the picture
If Im looking at what your looking at its B'elakor, the Dark Master
What once was courage has now cursed in the wars we've made.
We are the sinners, before our graves.
It is Belakor - one of GWs finest minis, IMO.
I can't say I've seen it all but I live for the things that keep me hollow.
thanks, yeh i seen him awhile back and now i have a reason to use him
Too bad I can't use that one for my CSM army Daemon prince(where then does the CSM DP get his 3+ save from?)
I'd use it, if I found a sollution for that...
He has really, really hard skin? Seriously, I understand your reluctance but seeing as there's no Daemon Prince option without a 3+ save in Codex Chaos Space Marines I very much doubt any one would mind. You could always paint him with dark, somewhat metalic skin (to represent something akin to Iron Hide in Codex Daemons).

Tzeentch Daemons ~2000 points

I think that B'elakor could be used as a Daemon Prince in a daemon army, but not in a CSM army.
The CSM Daemon Princes recieve their 3+ Save from the fact that they really once were Space marines but now have recieved the gift of Daemonhood. Their armour follows their transformation into a Daemon and still grants the Daemons it's protection.
The Daemon Prince in a Daemon army can really have a skin that protects as good as power armour. It's a gift of chaos. Totally logical considering the circumstances. Alhough many of the once mortal Daemon Princes in the Realm of Chaos doesnt originate from SPace marines, there are of course still those that do, and who still carry their old Power Armour. And as the realm of Chaos exists outside of Times reaches, it would be logical to use a 40k daemon prince model in a game of WHFB, just as the Daemonic special characters are the same in both 40k and Fantasy.
