Ok, just a little note on GoC. It can be rather nice in the hands of a Tzeentch Sorcerer, as it can be cast twice and shizz. However, its cast at the start of your turn, meaning its only real applications are in close combat. Seems a bit crap to me. Anyone have any better experiences with it? I've never tried it.
Yeah, that's an often overlooked aspect of GoC. Never used it myself, but it seems like it's more of a "fun" power than anything really competitive.
a friend of mine takes it often, mostly to have a laugh as a hq/squad leader/c'tan gets turned into a minion. mostly its used for fun, but it does get that extra bit of momentum into the game
Ok fellows we have a difficult task, so we have to be more deadly than everyday.

Tactics are nice but it is violence that wins the day.
