I was reading through my Daemon codex and understand how the Glamour works, but how would that interact against a unit of boyz who's leadership test is equal to the unit size? Would glamour always fail in that matchup? Any help in this matter would be great!
Best 5 points ever spent, except mines only gone off once
Has anyone elses? If so was it crazy awesome like it hope it will be?
It's never going to be too effective since most units have high leadership, but for a 5pt upgrade its definatly worth taking and it can make your opponent think twice before deciding what to do.
I love the glamour seeing how it forced an inducted squad of sisters of battle to finish off my enemies GK squad instead of my DP which had DSed right next to them
KHORNE, when life gives you lemons - Blood for the Blood GOD!!!
Mob Up rules give Orks fearless at 11 boyz or more. Their max Ld can never go above 10. Fearless units automatically pass moral and pinning checks only. As such, glamor will work against a mob of 10+ boyz by testing with Ld 10.
Everyone, thanks for all you help.
I find the best use of Glamour is to prevent your units being assaulted. If it works just force a unit of assault marines to fire their bolt pistols at a unit they cant reach in the assault phase.
Quorn! - Protein for the Protein God.
I don't know how much it's changed in 5th, but a leadership test was a sub-category of a morale check...
