So Ive started the Daemons recently and see that they have a ton of unmodeled unit that are in the book but no where to be bought from GW.. What are people using for their heralds, blue scribes, changeling, Skarbrand, fateweaver, KuGath, Seekers, and Daemon princes. Did I miss any./? It looks like im going to have to turn toward reaper or another line to play something close.
What have you got?? and pics would be nice to...

Some are not too terribly difficult. I just pictured the heralds to all be the regular Daemons with some extra detail work (or on their various mounts). So just Pink Horrors, Daemonettes, etc. The Seekers have really really old models (though they don't look much like current Daemonettes). Kairos is just a two-headed Lord of Change (the kit comes with 2 heads and necks) and Skarbrand is basically a Bloodthirster without wings. The Blue Scribes are two Horrors on a Disc (which could be a tailless Screamer or the disc from the WHFB Lord of Tzeentch).
The worst one would probably be Kugath, trying to model a Greater Unclean One "reclining" on some giant Palanquin. I'm sure you'd probably be fine on the Daemon Princes using Chaos SM Daemon Princes, using the various greater daemons (a GUO looks pretty good), or some other monster, maybe from Fantasy.
All in all, I don't think you'd have too many problems modeling most of those things. There area couple that'd be a pain (particularly Seekers) but I'm currently assembling a Daemon army, and I'm absolutely terrible at all things modeling and conversion related, and I'm not having too hard a time.
Speaking of this, do they ever model the unmodeled units, or do you just have to make them yourself?
I will be using this model for use as The Changeling (as soon as it is re-based).
One could argue that with all those bones sticking out, it is better suited for Nurgle than Tzeentch. But I imagine the model in the act of shape-shifting: first growing bones, then the flesh, muscle, sinew and stuff growing around/creeping up on the bones, eventually forming into a new shape. Kind of Hellraiser-style but at an accelerated rate.
for my Herald i got the WHFB Sorcerer of Chaos and Mounted him on a Screamer (flying disc) and my Changeling is the Sorcerers Familiar but i lovin the look of manticores modal. i dont know what im going to do for my Blue Scribes yet as for Fateweaver im happy to see this and will be doing the same soon. http://www.librarium-online.com/foru...-tzeentch.html
