Hi, I use havocs launchers on my rhinos in my World Eaters army in order to provide my berzerkers with some fire support. They did good before and they do good still, but I was wondering if anyone knew how the twin linked part works in 5th edition. I've search the new rulebook, but didn't find anything about it. Do I reroll my scatter or do I reroll my to wound roll like a flamer ?
Any ideas ?

i believe on page 30 of the 5th ed it explains twin links.
You reroll the scatter. Twin-linked templates get to re-roll the "to wound" rolls.

The "A Smart Player Will..." theory is a complete paradox. If we make an assumption that everything we do is outsmarted, then theoretically we can never win.
