well, the title explains the question. So far i have 10 plaguebearers, 10 bloodletters, 10 daemonettes and the skulltaker and i don't know how i should split them up for daemonic assault please help. Im having a game possible tomorrow if not monday.
Just to be 100%, is that really all you have? (No Elites, no Fast, no Heavy, no other HQ?) (not a criticism! Just curiosity to be sure to answer you right)
Also, did you put a Chaos Icon on any of these units?
I would think about deepstriking the BL and Skulltaker, and the PB in the 1st wave (to have a chance of splitting fire between the two units and to get a charge as soon as possible) and keep the Daemonettes for wave two so they can be a bit protected (they're not that resilient) and be able to either contest objectives or go after units already engaged in close combat with the other 2 units or go after light vehicles, or other troops etc.

What they said. The PBs and BLs drop first and thanks to their resilience they will last a bit. The Daemonettes have to be more careful, deploying behind cover or out of sight if possible. They can use their speed to reach combat faster so you don't have to get so close.

thanks for the help. I just had the game and got beaten twice by daemons hunters. yes this is all i got. it was a 700 pnt game. when i get more money what do u guys think i should get? and is it just me or does the paint not stick well to the new models?
Well, Daemonhunters will be a tricky army to pull many victories against, for obvious reasons :) If you want help with your armylist and where to go from there... why not start a thread listing your minis in the Chaos Daemon Armylist section? ;)
As for the paint, I never heard of any issues about it. Daemons minis uses the same plastic and metal than all others in the 40k range so... I don't know, do you use a primer?
yea but the primer doesnt stick well either.
What color and how long do you let it sit? Both of those can affect how well your primer and subsequent coats will stick. If using Whit Citadel paint, it's best to let it sit for at least 24 hours before continuing to paint.
Also you should make sure your using the correct primer. I realize the Citadel stuff is kinda expensive but it works very well and should be considered before switching to cheaper brands.
i use citadel black spray paint and i let it sit for about 1 hr before painting. Also the new books seem to fall apart. My necron or tau books haven't even got a loose page and ive had it for 2 years. my vampire counts book has got a loose page and my daemons is getting one. also plastic models seem to fall apart easier. And i do use plastic glue. could this be why they are doing the price rise?
