What do you all recommend as the optimal squad size for units of slannesh?
(Fiends, Seekers, Daemonettes). I am used to playing tzeentch/nurgle, so
my close combat math has been lacking as of late.
The more things change, the more they stay the same...
You need enough models to make rending worthwhile, but not too many that it makes your DS footprint silly big.
I find 10-12 is nice for Daemonettes, 8-10 good for Seekers, and 3-4 good for Fiends. Lots of rending, high speed, and some numbers to absorb casualties.

Also taking units in this sort of sixe doesnt give away too many kill points in those missions.
I used to like units of a single fiend to tie up enemy units in the brief window between the daemon codex being released and 5th edition arriving. Nurglings were also scoring units in this happy time.
Quorn! - Protein for the Protein God.
I run about 4 units of 20 in my All slaanesh army
