Under the mark of nurgle entry in codex eot for asp champions it says the model gains 1+ toughness but doesnt say it is demonic resilience so my question is can i give an asp champ the mk of nurgle and demonic resilience for a toughness of 6/4? or has this been cleared up in errata or chap approv.
I'm pretty sure you cant combine it with daemonic resiliance.
A Promise to a dead man means nothing.
it is clearly stated in the book of nurgle that any model with the MoN receive's the benefit of D. resilience
yeah but in the eot codex it just says 1+ toughness there is nothing about it saying that the model gaines demonic resilince just the 1+ tough bounes.yes but the eot codex makes no reference to the book of nurgle it is just the 1+ toughness printed there in black and white no demonic resilence no mentioning that it cannot be combined with demonic resilience and a different points cost (i think i dont have it on me)it is clearly stated in the book of nurgle that any model with the MoN receive's the benefit of D. resilience
I remember seeing in some FAQ (don't ask me where, my memory is shot) that in LatD, plague zombies/Nurgle LatD can not receive D. Resilience. woulda been a cool loophole though...
If Knowledge is Power, then Genius is Tyranny.
I would say that the way it was written in the Eye of Terror codex was an expansion on the Chaos codex so the rules that apply in the Chaos codex apply to Codex: Eye of Terror, just like the Wulfen and Ultwe Strike Force are expansions on Codex: Space Marines/Space Wolves and Codex: Eldar.
I asked the same question from the roolzboyz and they gave me the NO answer.
