if i were to have regular CSM but slannesh what weapons would be the best?
Depends on your army. If you are running a bunch of 10-man squads of CSM with MoS I would probably still run 2 meltas and a PF. There could be some argument for running a PW since you have the higher Ini, but you have to be careful about getting charged by walkers.
My friend runs an army of 2 full size bike squads, 2 10man squads in rhinos and 2 DP's, all with MoS. It seems to be pretty effective against MEQ's for the obvious reasons, but would lose its advantages against eldar and nids.

The problem that I see with Slaanesh CSMs is that by taking that mark, you have pretty much said...."These guys are here for assault." You give them meltas or flamers but when it comes down to you should take zerkers instead. I suppose that they have a bit bore flexability than zerkers, but i find that other marks to be more of use.
I say flamers. Templates may not have the range, but you will end up throwing a lot of dice. With MoS you will want to be in assault range with your BPs and flamers really come into their own at that range. I would say add a PF just for those big baddies that may try to tarpit you.
Only plus i see to Slannesh is that you go before Loyalists, plus you get an extra inch to pursue. Against loyalists it's pointless though as they can be overrun in a sweeping advance.
If a Million Guardsmen die, that's a statistic. If one marine dies, that's a tragedy.
I run my CSM in sets of two 10-man "tandem squads". One anti-tank (IoCG,2xMeltas,PF), the other anti-infantry. (IoS,2xFlamers,PW).
Mounted in rhinos, they work "in tandem" to support each other. There's not a whole lot that they can't accomplish.
