Now since all the old lesser daemon models are part of the Chaos Daemons codex does that mean we can proxy our lesser daemons or must we play with the various lesser daemons that have already be released?
I wanted to make some out of gretchin, would that fly for WYSIWYG?
"When Blood Speaks, Shadows Answer."
A lot of players are using chaos furies for lesser daemons, since they're rather generic in appearance. However, you can use whatever you like among the lesser daemon kind, since there's no generic lesser daemon models. You should know that by now
Spambot kill tally. . .337
I use Lizardmen Saurus Warriors with spears (no shields), on round bases.

I'm using Beastman Ungors as lesser daemons.
I don't use em much, but when I do, I field my old metal daemonettes.
Breasts on the tabletop are a great distraction, especially when you're playing against a tween :-P
Yes, I did deep-strike your sister...
Necrons : W-8 D-3 L-7 (Sleeping in their TombFoam, waiting for a new codex)
Chaos Forces (CSM/CD): W-42 D-19 L-28
Apocalypse Games : W-4 D-0 L-1 (4 Titans, Brass Scorp, 3 Baneblades, 2 Bombers, 3 Fighters, and a Partrage in a Pear Tree)
Yes, with no model currently out, you can use anything as a chaos lesser daemon. However to make your gretchin tournament legal "counts as" models they have to have the same equipment as a normal lesser daemon would. I.e. sharp blades & teeth. So I recommend some minor conversion work or just not giving them grot blastas entirely.
I'd let you play with them though, especially if they were on 40mm bases and were like nurglings =).
What if I used the oil drums from the Battlefield Accessories kit, painted large "Soy Milk" labels and goofy, cartoon eyes on them? would that count as lesser daemons?
